The first hosted Pro release is planned to include a 7-day trial before the first paid charge so users can verify whether Pro improves their AI-assisted coding workflow.
If Pro does not work as described for your environment, contact support within 14 days of the first paid charge. We will review the issue and may issue a refund when the product cannot deliver the advertised Pro workflow.
The refund window applies to the first paid charge for a customer, license, or account. After a refund is issued, the related license may be revoked, and repeated purchases followed by refund requests may be declined.
You may cancel a subscription before the next billing period. Access may continue until the current paid entitlement expires, unless a refund or revocation changes the license state earlier.
Refunds may be declined for abuse, repeated refund attempts, policy violations, account cycling, or cases where the license was used substantially and the service worked as described.
