Terms for using Agent Guardrails Pro.

Last updated: April 21, 2026. These terms are a pre-release baseline and may be updated before public checkout launch.

Agent Guardrails Pro is developer software that enriches the open-source Agent Guardrails merge gate with go-live decisions, proof plans, trust receipts, repo memory, and hosted license activation.

A valid Pro license or trial entitlement is required for Pro enrichment. The planned model is account-owned entitlement with local instance activation for each development machine. You may not share, resell, or bypass license activation. If a license expires or is revoked, Pro behavior falls back to the free OSS workflow.

Pro provides decision support for software releases, not a guarantee that code is defect-free. You remain responsible for reviewing code, protecting secrets, running required tests, and deciding whether to merge or deploy.

The product is in private pre-release. Features, pricing, and hosted entitlement behavior may change before public launch. We aim to preserve local-first fallback so OSS remains usable when Pro is unavailable.
