Last updated: April 21, 2026. This policy describes the pre-release privacy baseline for Agent Guardrails Pro.

Agent Guardrails Pro is designed to analyze repository metadata, changed files, evidence summaries, and local proof memory on your machine. The core check workflow does not require uploading source code to our hosted entitlement service.

Hosted activation may process a license key, activation instance name, subscription lifecycle metadata, and basic product/customer labels returned by the billing provider. The planned first release does not require a website login. The local activation cache is stored under your user profile and is not written into repository config.

If you contact support, we may receive your email address, product version, error messages, and diagnostic details you choose to share. Do not send secrets, private keys, or proprietary source code unless explicitly requested through a secure support process.

Payments and checkout will be handled by the selected merchant-of-record or payment provider before public launch. Hosted entitlement infrastructure may run on managed cloud services. These providers process data needed for billing, fraud prevention, webhook delivery, entitlement validation, and service reliability.
